Registration for the training course is considered a legally binding agreement, on the basis of which the Applied Massage and Therapy College (hereinafter “the School”) and the person registering for the training (hereinafter “the Student”) enter into a training service agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement”). The RMTK training registration terms and conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) form an integral part of the Agreement.
Registration for the training course can be completed:
By registering, the Student confirms their intention to participate in the training and agrees to these Terms. Confirmation of registration constitutes the conclusion of a training service agreement between the Student and the School.
After registration, the School will send the Student a confirmation email and a prepayment invoice by email.
By registering for the training, the Student undertakes to pay the full training fee in accordance with the issued invoice(s).
The prepayment amount is fifty (50) euros per Student.
The prepayment must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice. Receipt of the prepayment in the School’s bank account secures the Student’s place in the training.
If the prepayment is not received in the School’s bank account by the due date, the School has the right to cancel the registration and remove the Student’s details from the participant list.
The School will issue the final invoice for the remaining training fee no later than five (5) calendar days before the start of the training. The already paid prepayment will be deducted from the total training fee.
The training will take place provided that a sufficient number of Students have registered and the economic feasibility of the training is ensured.
If the Student wishes to withdraw from the training, they must notify the School in a form that can be reproduced in writing (by email or SMS) at least seven (7) calendar days before the start of the training, unless otherwise specified in the training information.
The School will refund the paid training fee (including the prepayment) on the basis of a written application within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the application, provided that the withdrawal notice was submitted in a timely manner.
If the Student withdraws from the training less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of the training or if the training has already commenced, the paid training fee will not be refunded.
If the Student does not notify the School of withdrawal and fails to attend the training, or notifies less than six (6) calendar days before the training, the School has the right to issue a prepayment invoice, which must be paid in full.
The School may withdraw from the training agreement if the Student materially breaches the terms of the agreement (e.g. disrupts the training, fails to comply with internal rules, etc.).
The School will not refund any training fees already paid if the Student is excluded from the training due to inappropriate behavior, absence from the training, or other breach of the agreement.
In the event that the training is cancelled, registered Students will be notified by email. The Student will be offered the opportunity to:
participate in the next training with the same content
choose another suitable training from the training calendar
If the Student does not find a suitable training, they have the right to request a refund of the paid amount. The refund will be made on the basis of a written application within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the application.
Registrations made under promotional offers cannot be transferred to other training courses outside the campaign period.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except to the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (if the Student is a client of the Unemployment Insurance Fund) and in cases prescribed by law.
By registering, the Student confirms that:
they have read and understood these Terms;
they agree to the conclusion of the training agreement and the presented Terms;
they consent to the processing of their personal data under the conditions described above.
