Classical Swedish Massage Course
What is the essence? Classical massage is the most known and widespread massage type in western world. It is performed on massage table, without clothes, using oil or performed without any means.
What kind of effect it gives? Massage relaxes, reduces pain, stimulates metabolism and activates blood and lymph circulation. Massage encourages immune system and builds body`s resistance.
What will You be learning? During the course You will learn the techniques of classical massage and You will be given an overview of different opportunities and dangers that come with this activity. Practical part of the study is conducted at Estonian Massage and Therapy School, in pairs as both parts learn to perform and receive massage.
This course is for You if You ever had any ambition to learn massage, to surprise Your loved ones with new skills, to learn something exciting and enjoy massage at the same time.
